114 Business Consultations Achieved, Totaling $6.55 Million in Deal Value

Gyeongbuk Technopark, under the supervision of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and Gyeongbuk Province, held an export consultation meeting at the Gyeongbuk Culture & Trade Exchange Center located in the PGCT Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, from the 26th to the 27th of last month.

Gyeongbuk TP Hosts 'Cambodia Export Consultation Meeting' A commemorative photo was taken at the export consultation meeting held over two days from the 26th to the 27th of last month at the Gyeongbuk Culture and Trade Exchange Center located in the PGCT Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

A total of 10 local companies participated in this export consultation meeting, including 5 cosmetics companies, 2 food companies, and 3 industrial goods companies. As a result of the event, a total of 114 consultations were recorded, achieving an export consultation amount of 6,558,500 USD (approximately 9 billion KRW).


Even after the event, there were continued inquiries from buyers, confirming the high interest in the products of Gyeongbuk companies. Cosmetics companies Pogonia and Garam of Nature signed MOUs with local cosmetics companies, increasing the possibility of future cooperation.


As a result, expectations for Gyeongbuk companies' entry into the Cambodian market have risen even higher.


Gyeongbuk Technopark plans to continue promoting various global business events to strengthen the international competitiveness of local companies and support their sustainable growth.
