Choi Jae-won, Eldest Son of SK Senior Vice Chairman, Works at SK E&S North America Branch

Seonggeun, the eldest son of Choi Jae-won, Senior Vice Chairman of SK Group, has recently joined SK E&S's North American subsidiary.

According to business circles on the 5th, Seonggeun was hired last month as a manager in the strategy department of Passky, SK E&S's U.S. energy solutions subsidiary.

Seonggeun majored in mechanical engineering at Brown University in the U.S. and Tsinghua University in China (master's degree). Afterwards, he worked for three years as a software engineer in the Building Energy Management System (BEMS) field at Redaptive, an American energy solutions company.

Choi Jae-won, Senior Vice Chairman of SK Group and younger brother of Choi Tae-won, Chairman of SK Group, currently serves concurrently as Senior Vice Chairman of SK E&S and SK Innovation, which are in the process of merging. At Passky, he serves as the chairman of the board and Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

Meanwhile, Ingeun, the eldest son of Chairman Choi Tae-won, is also working at Passky and receiving management training.
