Singer Bada Appointed as Ambassador for Icheon City

Singer Bada (real name Choi Sung-hee) will serve as a promotional ambassador for Icheon City, Gyeonggi Province. On the 3rd, Icheon City held an appointment ceremony for singer Bada as a promotional ambassador at Icheon City Hall.

Bada debuted in 1997 as the leader and main vocalist of the idol group S.E.S. She has been actively involved in musicals, films, and dramas. With this appointment, Bada began her ambassador activities as the invited singer for the Seolbongsan Starlight Festival and plans to actively participate in major internal and external events of Icheon City and promotional activities through social media (SNS) for two years until August 2, 2026.

Kim Kyung-hee, mayor of Icheon City, said, "We appointed her as a promotional ambassador because her always energetic and passionate demeanor, along with her bright and positive personality, aligns well with Icheon City's image of dynamism and innovation." Bada responded, "I am truly happy to become a promotional ambassador who can promote Icheon City," adding, "I will passionately promote the bright city of Icheon."
