Cheonan City Accepts Inquiries and Opinions on Individual and Collective Housing Prices

Cheonan City in Chungnam will accept public viewing and submission of opinions on the prices of individual and collective housing as of June 1 this year.

The subject properties include 136 individual houses and 2,066 collective housing units where reasons such as land division, merger, or new/expanded construction occurred between January 1 and May 31 of this year.

Viewing is available at the Taxation Division of City Hall, the Tax Division of district offices, administrative welfare centers in towns and townships, or through the Korea Real Estate Board smartphone app and the Real Estate Price Notification website.

The prices of collective housing can also be checked through the Cheonan branch of the Korea Real Estate Board or the Collective Housing Price Call Center. Owners and interested parties of individual houses may submit their opinions during the viewing period, from the 7th to the 26th of this month.

Submitted opinions will be reviewed by the Korea Real Estate Board and deliberated by the Cheonan City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, after which the submitters will be notified. The final decision and public announcement will be made on September 26.
