Lee Woo-seok (Kolon) won the bronze medal in the men's individual archery event at the 2024 Paris Olympics. He concluded the competition with a gold and a bronze medal.

Although Lee Woo-seok narrowly missed advancing to the final after losing to the team’s eldest member Kim Woo-jin (Cheongju City Hall) in the semifinals, he showed unwavering performance in the bronze medal match by not conceding a single set, securing the bronze medal. He wrapped up his first Olympics with a gold medal in the men's team event and a bronze in the individual event.

Lee Woo-seok was originally selected for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic team, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic delaying the Games by a year, he lost his spot after having to compete again in the selection trials. Following his double gold achievement at the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games last year, he erased the disappointment of Tokyo by winning gold in the team event and bronze in the individual event at this Olympics.

Earlier, in the semifinal against Kim Woo-jin, they had a thrilling match that went to a shoot-off. Lee Woo-seok took the lead in the first set, with the lead changing back and forth until the 5th set ended in a 5-5 tie, leading to the shoot-off. In the shoot-off, Lee Woo-seok’s arrow scored 9 points, while Kim Woo-jin shot a 10, securing his ticket to the final.
