SK Ecoplant and Hoban Construction Win Redevelopment Project in Doma-dong, Daejeon... Supplying 1,090 Households

SK Ecoplant announced on the 4th that it has won the redevelopment project for Doma Byeondong 6-1 District in Seo-gu, Daejeon.

This project involves constructing apartments and ancillary welfare facilities with a total of 1,090 households across 8 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, on the site at 96-26 Doma-dong, Seo-gu. The total contract amount is approximately 397.7 billion KRW. The project was won through a consortium with Hoban Construction, with SK Ecoplant holding a 55% stake (about 218.7 billion KRW).

The project site is conveniently located within about 3 km radius of Yongmun Station on Daejeon Metro Line 1 and KTX Seodaejeon Station, facilitating easy access to both downtown and suburban areas. Nearby schools include Yucheon Elementary, Beodne Middle, Doma Middle, and Daejeon Jeil High School, providing excellent educational conditions. Yudeungcheon Stream and Yudeung Sports Park are also within walking distance. Situated within the ‘Doma-Byeondong Redevelopment Promotion District,’ where a large-scale maintenance project aiming to create a total of 22,000 households is underway, the future residential value is expected to rise.

Meanwhile, including this project, SK Ecoplant has achieved a total order volume of 1.1185 trillion KRW in urban maintenance projects this year.
