e-Pyeonhansesang Myeongdeok Station First Mark consists of 17 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,758 units sized between 39 and 110㎡. Among these, 1,112 units (59~84㎡) will be available for general sale.

It is located right in front of Myeongdeok Station on Daegu Metro Lines 1 and 3, and a Line 1 exit is planned on the north side of the complex, which will further improve accessibility to the station. Banwoldang Station on Line 2 is also within a 1 km radius. The complex is close to Sincheon-daero and Sincheondong-ro, which connect to Bukdaegu IC, and it is convenient to access Apsan Sunhwan-ro and Apsan Tunnel connected to Padong IC.

The educational environment includes an on-site daycare center and Daegu Yeongseon Elementary School located just 300 meters away in a straight line. Additionally, many middle and high schools such as Gyeongsang Middle School, Daegu Jeil Middle School, Gyeonggu Middle School, Gyeongbuk Arts High School, Gyeongbuk Girls' High School, and Daegu High School are concentrated within a 1 km radius. Major universities such as Daegu National University of Education, Keimyung University Daemyeong Campus, Yeungnam University Daegu Campus, and Yeungnam College of Science and Technology are also nearby.

For lifestyle infrastructure, residents can use the commercial areas around Banwoldang Station, Daegu's largest downtown area, underground shopping malls, nearby The Hyundai Daegu, Dong-A Department Store, and Top Mart Daegu branch. Large hospitals such as Yeungnam University Medical Center and Kyungpook National University Hospital are also located nearby. The pleasant residential environment stands out as well. It is easy to access Sincheon via Daebonggyo Bridge on the east side of the complex, allowing residents to enjoy walking, jogging, and cycling. The 'Sincheon Four Seasons Water Playground,' equipped with wave pools and lazy rivers near Daebonggyo Bridge, opened this year.

DL E&C plans to maximize the distance between buildings within the complex and significantly increase landscaping space on the ground to minimize privacy intrusion. The landscaping will feature 'dePoem,' the premium brand of e-Pyeonhansesang, and the interiors of the units will apply the 'C2 House' concept. C2 House is a lifestyle-customized residential platform. The units are designed with a flexible layout that retains only the minimum load-bearing walls, allowing residents to freely modify the structure according to their preferences. It also applies '60T floor soundproofing material,' which is twice as thick as that used in typical apartments, to reduce noise between floors. The parking ratio is 1.3 spaces per household.

The community center will include a lounge caf? (small library) as a resting place for residents, an indoor golf practice range, fitness center, G.X room, and dry sauna. It will also provide educational facilities for children such as a study lounge, study rooms, private study rooms, kids station, kids lounge, daycare center, and kids gym. Additionally, private office rooms, a guest house, and a senior lounge will be available. Differentiated spaces like the guest house will also be created.

A sales official stated, "e-Pyeonhansesang Myeongdeok Station First Mark is a rare double-station location in Daegu, and with various planned development benefits nearby, it is expected to have high future value. In particular, as we plan to introduce high-quality products such as large-scale specialized landscaping designs, we expect strong interest from buyers."
