Polaris AI announced on the 31st that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with AI startup Ainut to integrate AI technologies.
The two companies plan to carry out a system integration (SI) project to build a generative AI system by utilizing Ainut’s high-quality data-based full-cycle AI service development technology and vector database (DB) technology. Vector DB is a key technology for implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) that addresses the chronic hallucination problem of generative AI and for delivering customer-centric customized AI services.
Ainut is an AI value chain platform company that possesses a technology portfolio capable of responding to the entire cycle of data generation and AI model service development. Representative technologies supplied by Ainut include Qdrant Vector DB from the German company Qdrant, the high-quality data generation and verification platform DA, and the enterprise-customized AI solution Zenis. Polaris AI’s strategy is to provide a data management system utilizing Ainut’s technological capabilities and enhance AI competitiveness through differentiated customer services.
An Ainut representative stated, “As important as technological capability in AI is delivering the results customers want in the way they want them,” adding, “We will strive to create services that provide differentiated customer experiences by integrating the technologies of both companies.”
A Polaris AI representative said, “For AI models specialized in specific industries such as healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, data quality verification and processing are essential,” and added, “By combining our experience in building infrastructure for government ministries and the financial sector with Ainut’s vector DB construction capabilities, we will become a leading AI company.”
Polaris AI is currently engaged in projects such as the integrated system for 112 emergency call reception and wireless communication system for the National Police Agency, the disaster safety communication network for the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and the development and maintenance of financial and IT systems for the Central Credit Union. The company plans to actively pursue AI system construction and integration-related businesses in the future.
