The General Insurance Association announced on the 31st that it has selected 2,807 'Blue Ribbon Consultants,' representing the industry's top insurance planners.
Blue Ribbon Consultants are planners who have maintained zero cases of incomplete sales and zero disciplinary actions for violations of recruitment order over five consecutive years, and among these excellent certified planners, they demonstrate outstanding recruitment contract performance and recruitment soundness indicators. Their contract retention rate is 95% at the 13th installment and over 90% at the 25th installment, and the number of contracts signed must exceed 1,500 (including 300 long-term insurance contracts).
This year, the number of Blue Ribbon Consultants increased by 280 compared to last year. They account for about 2.3% of all exclusive general insurance recruiters (106,276 people).
The ages of Blue Ribbon Consultants range from 34 to 80, with those in their 50s (48.8%) being the largest group. The oldest certified consultant, an 80-year-old male, has been selected as a Blue Ribbon Consultant 10 times to date.
By career length, 439 consultants have over 30 years of experience (15.6%), and 1,641 have between 20 and 30 years of experience (58.5%).
Blue Ribbon Consultants can use certificates and badges for personal promotion.
A representative from the General Insurance Association stated, "Next year marks the 15th anniversary of the Blue Ribbon Consultant certification. We will create a new emblem symbolizing the professionalism and highest honor of Blue Ribbon Consultants and revise the selection criteria for certification."
