Wemakeprice and Tmon recently gained popularity by selling various gift certificates, including the prepaid recharge 'Tmon Cash,' at discounted prices using a 'pre-order then use' method. In the case of Happy Money gift certificates, the 50,000 KRW voucher was sold at a 7.5% discount for 46,250 KRW.
