At around 10:35 p.m. on the 25th, a fire broke out with an explosion sound at a restaurant on the first floor of a building in Daecheong-dong, Gimhae, Gyeongnam. Firefighters who were dispatched to the scene extinguished the fire in about 20 minutes.
According to the Gyeongnam Fire Department on the 26th, the fire burned the entire first-floor restaurant and its contents, and partially destroyed the windows on the second and third floors, resulting in property damage estimated at approximately 44.9 million KRW by the fire department.

At the time of the fire, the restaurant had already closed for the day, so there were no casualties. The fire authorities stated that they received a report from the owner of the third floor, who said, "There was a loud bang and an explosion sound from the first floor," and they completely extinguished the fire by 10:55 p.m.
The police and fire authorities plan to investigate the exact cause of the fire.
