"Allegations Are Not True" Rebuttal

On the 26th, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul announced that a complaint had been filed against Yoo, and he has been booked on charges of sexual assault (similar to rape) against a man. The accuser, Mr. A, claims that he was sexually assaulted by Yoo while sleeping at a house in Yongsan-gu on the 14th.
The house in question was not the residence of either Yoo or Mr. A, and it is reported that other men were present at the scene at the time. The police are also considering the possibility that Yoo, who is currently on trial for habitual drug use, committed the crime while under the influence of drugs. The police conducted an investigation of the accuser the previous day and plan to summon Yoo for questioning soon.
Yoo has been on trial for repeatedly abusing medical propofol and other drugs under the pretense of cosmetic procedures at hospitals around Seoul from September 2020 to March 2022, with a total of 181 instances. On the 24th, the prosecution requested a four-year prison sentence for Yoo.
Yoo’s legal representative, lawyer Bang Jeong-hyun, stated, "The allegations are not true," and added, "We ask that unnecessary speculation related to private matters be refrained from."
