Shinsegae Simon Job Fair Held at County Office

Gijang County (Governor Jung Jongbok) signed a business agreement for regional coexistence cooperation with Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlet (CEO Kim Youngseop) on the 25th.

The agreement ceremony was attended by key figures including Gijang County Governor Jung Jongbok, Shinsegae Simon Executive Director Yoon Hongrip, and Busan Premium Outlet Store Manager Kim Heeseok. The event was organized to promote local job creation and employment expansion.

The agreement focuses on: ▲mutual exchange and establishment of employment networks for job creation ▲providing priority hiring opportunities for Gijang County residents ▲regional community contributions targeting traditional markets and small business owners. Through this, the two organizations will establish a close cooperative system for local job creation, priority hiring of local residents, and regional coexistence and development.

Governor Jung Jongbok stated, "We will take the lead in creating jobs in the region by building collaborative relationships with outstanding companies, including Shinsegae Busan Premium Outlet," and added, "We will actively support education and training tailored to companies to foster talent, providing businesses with skilled personnel and local residents with quality jobs, thereby proactively resolving job mismatches."

On this day, the '2024 Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlet Job Fair' was held in the lobby of Gijang County Office.

The job fair featured 25 brands and partner companies from Shinsegae Outlet, offering employment information and conducting recruitment processes in various fields such as store management, environment, and parking management. In addition, Gijang County Employment Information Center and Public Health Center supported participants' job search activities through ▲employment counseling ▲job application and recruitment services ▲psychological support counseling.
