Samsung Electronics' 'Bespoke AI Combo' all-in-one washer-dryer, released this year, has received high praise from major U.S. media outlets.

According to Samsung Electronics on the 25th, the U.S. consumer media outlet Consumer Reports awarded the Samsung Bespoke AI Combo a total score of 71 points in the all-in-one washer-dryer category, ranking it first.

The Samsung Bespoke AI Combo received perfect scores of 5 points in Consumer Reports' evaluation categories, including washing performance, washing energy efficiency, water efficiency, and drying noise. In particular, Samsung showed superiority in washing performance and vibration evaluation compared to competing products.

The review specialist media 'Reviewed' also praised the Bespoke AI Combo as a "super-large capacity washer-dryer product," highlighting the exclusive inclusion of the 'Tide Pod Cold Cycle,' developed in collaboration with global laundry detergent company P&G. This jointly developed washing course combines Tide's technology optimized for cold water washing with Samsung's washing technology, delivering cleaning power comparable to standard hot water cycles while saving more than 20% energy compared to standard cycles by using only cold water.

CBS News praised the Bespoke AI Combo as a "smart washing machine that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to recognize and optimize the user's laundry," noting that "it easily saves energy." IT specialist media Tom's Guide and SamMobile focused on consumer convenience linked with SmartThings.

Tom's Guide mentioned the Bespoke AI Combo's 7-inch LCD display 'AI Home,' stating that "many functions are compressed within a sleek frame," and that it "provides various convenience features such as monitoring the cleaning status of robot vacuum cleaners and responding to doorbells." SamMobile praised that "the Bespoke AI Combo is linked with the SmartThings mobile app, allowing easy control of the product and monitoring of the washing process through the phone screen." It also highly rated the feature that automatically dispenses the appropriate amount of detergent suitable for the laundry and alerts the user when detergent is running low.

Since the launch of the Bespoke AI Combo in February, Samsung Electronics has led the all-in-one washer-dryer market with a sales surge of over 30,000 units domestically. The Bespoke AI Combo is an all-in-one washer-dryer product that combines washing machine and dryer functions, enabling washing and drying in one go without transferring laundry. It also offers a convenient washing and drying experience with various AI features such as 'AI Bubble' and 'AI Customized Course.' On the 1st, Samsung expanded the lineup by releasing a 4.3-inch LCD model, further broadening consumer choices.
