Digital healthcare startup Imocog announced on the 24th that its German branch, Cogthera GmbH, has obtained the international information security management system certification ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
This certification is an Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), serving as a standard that proves a company can effectively establish, operate, maintain, and improve its information security management system. With this certification, Imocog has demonstrated its ability to protect information assets, securely manage customer and partner data, and systematically manage information security risks.
Cogthera GmbH underwent a comprehensive review of the company's information protection policies and procedures to obtain this certification. In particular, it established a systematic security management system to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
Imocog, which aims to develop digital solutions covering the entire cycle from dementia prevention to diagnosis and treatment, established its German branch for global expansion. Its main product is Cogthera, a cognitive therapy software for patients with mild cognitive impairment, currently undergoing confirmatory clinical trials targeting commercialization next year. Recently, the German branch also received the CE MDR mark for Cogthera.
