Jingi Industry, a precision metal parts company based in Chilgok, North Gyeongsang Province (CEO Ahn Kihyun), delivered a donation of 10 million KRW to North Gyeongsang Province through the Community Chest of Korea on the 24th at the North Gyeongsang Provincial Government Office to help overcome the low birth rate.
CEO Ahn Kihyun said, "As a young entrepreneur, I deeply empathize with the issue of low birth rates and wanted to take the lead more than anyone else," adding, "I am proud to contribute, even in a small way, to overcoming the low birth rate in North Gyeongsang Province, and I will continue to strive for work-life balance and overcoming the low birth rate in the industrial field as well."

As North Gyeongsang Province promotes the "Donation Campaign of 10,000 KRW or More with the Participation of All Citizens" to foster a culture of overcoming the low birth rate, this donation by a young entrepreneur, who is directly affected by the issue, is seen as highly significant and is expected to encourage participation from both the industrial sector and other young people.
Lee Cheolwoo, Governor of North Gyeongsang Province, expressed his gratitude, saying, "I deeply appreciate CEO Ahn Kihyun's donation as a young entrepreneur, and North Gyeongsang Province will do its utmost to make this region a great place for young people to get married, raise children, and run businesses. The donation you have given will be used with care for projects to overcome the low birth rate."
Jingi Industry is a precision metal parts manufacturer located in Chilgok, North Gyeongsang Province. Established in 2013, the company produces semiconductor parts, industrial machinery and equipment, as well as camping and leisure equipment. Last year, it achieved sales of 13 billion KRW and is expected to continue its growth in the future.
Jingi Industry has also continued to donate to the Hoi Scholarship in Chilgok County, having contributed a total of 15 million KRW so far.
