Candidate Won Hee-ryong wrote on Facebook, "Due to my shortcomings, I was unable to fully win the hearts of party members and comrades," but added, "I will continue to do everything possible to prevent special investigations and impeachment."
Candidate Yoon Sang-hyun also wrote on Facebook, "Congratulations to Candidate Han on his election," and requested, "Please discard all grudges from the party convention process, cooperate with the president, and demonstrate unifying leadership that embraces all members of our party."
