Hurim Robot announced on the 23rd that it will additionally acquire 11,923,688 shares of EQCell, a manufacturer of semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment, for approximately 15 billion KRW.
After the acquisition, Hurim Robot's stake in EQCell will be 92.9%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 9th of next month. The company stated that the purpose is "management participation through securing management rights."
