Based on exclusive 84㎥, mid-400 million KRW
More than 200 million KRW cheaper than market price
An apartment available through ‘Jupjup (non-priority subscription)’ in Sejong, where a price difference of over 200 million KRW can be expected, recorded a competition rate of 42,191 to 1.
Geumho Construction announced on the 23rd that a total of 84,382 people applied for the first non-priority subscription for 2 units at ‘Sejong Richensia Familier H3 Block (Sanul Village Complex 6)’ held on the 22nd. The most competitive type was the 84㎡ B type, which attracted 49,755 applicants for 1 unit. The 84㎡ C type also attracted 34,627 applicants for 1 unit.
On the same day, the special supply for newlyweds at Sejong Richensia Familier also closed with an average competition rate of 685.5 to 1 for 2 units. For H2 Block, 1 unit of 84㎡ received 1,182 applications, and for H3 Block, 1 unit of 59㎡ received 189 applications.
The subscription was supplied at the price from the January 2021 sale. The 84㎡ B type was priced at 467.8 million KRW, and the 84㎡ C type at 458.5 million KRW. Considering that the nearby ‘Haemil Village Complex 1’ 84㎡ was traded last month for 675 million KRW, this is more than 200 million KRW cheaper than the market price. A Geumho Construction official explained, “It attracted high interest because it is located in the core area of Sejong Special Self-Governing City’s 6-3 living zone and was supplied at the mid-400 million KRW range (based on 84㎡) from the 2021 sale price.”
The 2 units supplied through the first non-priority subscription have no restrictions on re-winning, resale, or mandatory residence period. The 2 units supplied through the special supply for newlyweds are for couples married within 7 years as of the resident recruitment announcement date, who reside in Sejong and are members of a household without a home. The re-winning restriction is 10 years.
