Major foreign media outlets are continuously praising BTS member Jimin's second solo album, 'MUSE'.
On the 23rd, the American website Grammy.com described Jimin's new release as "a bold exploration of love and inspiration, blending personal reflection and outstanding collaborations that showcase his artistic growth and versatility, revealing a new musical identity."
Grammy.com highlighted that Jimin directly participated in the production of six out of seven tracks and co-produced two songs, noting, "Jimin elevated his skills by being directly involved in the concept and visuals."
They added, "'MUSE' is not only a gift for fans but also an opportunity to get to know Jimin more deeply. This work evokes nostalgia while aligning with today's tastes. He may not have found his muse yet, but his album certainly inspires many."
The American music media outlet Consequence of Sound analyzed, "One of the many elements that make Jimin a captivating performer is his wide spectrum. The balance between contemporary dance, ballet, and the hip-hop vibe of BTS songs makes him a fascinating presence on stage."
The British music magazine NME described the album as "full of the energy of love," stating, "'MUSE' is a journey to find something realistic and romantic. This work is an album that explores a new side of Jimin's music more deeply."
Jimin released his second solo album, 'MUSE', on the 19th. The new album topped music charts immediately upon release. 'MUSE' is an album themed around love, capturing the inspiration found in the world around him. The title track, "Who," is a hip-hop R&B English song depicting the tender situation and confusing emotions of longing for someone never met.
On the same day, at 12:35 PM (Korean time), Jimin will appear on the popular American NBC TV program The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform the title track "Who" live for the first time.
