'Bespoke AI Steam' Also Receives 'Special Award'
Samsung Electronics' Bespoke appliances announced on the 23rd that they have won the '2024 Ergonomic Design Award' hosted by the Korean Society of Ergonomics.
The Ergonomic Design Award, now in its 24th year, is the most prestigious award in the field of ergonomic design in Korea, evaluating and awarding products from the consumer perspective based on ▲ease of use ▲efficiency ▲functionality ▲emotional quality ▲safety.

This year, the 'Bespoke AI Family Hub' refrigerator and the all-in-one washer-dryer 'Bespoke AI Combo' were named 'Best of Best.' The mop-integrated robot vacuum cleaner 'Bespoke AI Steam' received the 'Special Award.'
Ewona, Executive Director of Samsung Electronics' DA Division, said, "Samsung Electronics designs products with differentiated artificial intelligence (AI) features to ensure that anyone can use them conveniently," adding, "We will continue to strive to introduce user-friendly products."
