The Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation’s ‘Customized Consulting’ program, implemented to strengthen the self-reliance of small business owners in the province and support their business success, has been recognized positively by local residents.
On the 22nd, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation announced that in the ‘2024 1st Small Business Consulting Satisfaction Survey’ conducted among customers who used the small business consulting service, it received a high score of over 90 points, reflecting positive evaluations from residents.
Amid a complex economic crisis, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation introduced the small business consulting support project in October last year, recognizing that in addition to financial support (credit guarantees), financial services support including tailored solutions such as management information provision and fund management for future growth are necessary to practically support residents’ business success.
In this survey, the overall customer satisfaction with Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation’s small business consulting support project was recorded at 90.8 points.
Satisfaction with detailed consulting items was in the order of ▲credit management (35.5%) ▲policy guidance (28.2%) ▲education guidance (13.5%) ▲commercial area analysis (12.7%) ▲profit and loss analysis (10.1%).
Among customers who expressed satisfaction with credit management, 61.9% responded that they received practical help in credit management, such as improvement in credit scores, after the consulting support.
Additionally, regarding the aspects of consulting that helped business success, 31.3% showed satisfaction that utilizing various support policies from related organizations provided one-stop by Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation was helpful in business operations.
Si Seok-jung, Chairman of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation, said, "Based on the results of this satisfaction survey, we expect to diversify and advance the consulting functions at branches to expand customized consulting that meets the expectations of residents." He added, "Going forward, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation will do its best to discover various support policies that can be immediately felt on site beyond simple guarantee support, leading the business success of small business owners in the province."
Meanwhile, in April, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation partnered with Shinhan Bank for the first time in Gyeonggi Province to establish a specialized class of the Shinhan SOHO Academy exclusively for Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation customers, providing in-depth consulting opportunities to small business owners in Gyeonggi Province.
