The opening of this showroom aims to strengthen sales targeting major B2B clients such as domestic construction companies and developers. It is expected to serve as a hub for supplying premium building materials to residential spaces like luxury apartments and commercial spaces such as hotels and resorts.
Ronchell Gallery is a large showroom spanning three floors with a total area of 1,057㎡ (approximately 320 pyeong). It is designed to showcase LX Hausys' premium building materials and interior products for the B2B market, including system windows, interior doors, kitchen furniture, porcelain, iStone, and flooring.
In the window zone, the premium system windows ‘Ronchell Windows’ and ‘Fenest’ are exhibited. ‘Ronchell Windows’ are aluminum-PVC composite windows and are the number one product in the reconstruction window market, dominating redevelopment and reconstruction projects in Gangnam, the Seoul metropolitan area, and major metropolitan cities nationwide. The premium aluminum system window ‘Fenest’ has recently been increasing its supply to resorts, hotels, and high-end residential complexes.
In the kitchen zone, products from the Italian kitchen furniture brands ‘Cucine Lube’ and ‘Lastelli,’ for which LX Hausys recently signed an exclusive domestic sales contract, are displayed. ‘Cucine Lube’ is the number one brand in the Italian kitchen furniture market. ‘Lastelli’ is a high-end brand known for designs by world-renowned masters such as Karim Rashid and Ferruccio Laviani.
Meanwhile, the opening ceremony held on the 22nd was attended by Han Myung-ho, President of LX Hausys, key figures from major construction companies, architects, developers, advertising model Jun Ji-hyun, and world-renowned industrial designer Karim Rashid.
An LX Hausys official stated, “We will develop ‘Ronchell Gallery’ into a representative showroom that must be visited not only by construction and development company officials but also by redevelopment and reconstruction associations during their material selection process, leading to continuous growth in the B2B market. As demand for European-style high-end products steadily increases in the B2B market, we expect ‘Ronchell Gallery’ to attract significant attention.”
