Kiwoom Securities Relocates Headquarters to Yeouido TP Tower

Kiwoom Securities announced on the 22nd that it has relocated its headquarters to the TP Tower in Yeouido, Seoul.

The TP Tower was opened in May after rebuilding the former Private School Teachers' Pension Hall located at the Yeouido Station intersection. It is a large complex building directly connected to Yeouido Station on Seoul Subway Lines 5 and 9, making it a prime location.

This move marks Kiwoom Securities' first headquarters relocation in 10 years since settling in Kiwoom Finance Square in Yeouido in September 2014. The existing Kiwoom Finance Square, completed in 1979, will be redeveloped to build a new headquarters. Kiwoom Securities will lease the TP Tower for about four years until the new building is completed.

Starting with the Research Center on the 21st of last month, each department has been moving to the TP Tower weekly, completing the headquarters relocation on the 21st of this month.

Kiwoom Securities uses the 3rd through 10th floors of the TP Tower as office space. The Sales Department is located on the 4th floor.

Affiliated companies of Kiwoom Securities have also moved to the TP Tower. Kiwoom Investment and Kiwoom Private Equity (PE) are located on the 10th floor. Kiwoom Asset Management occupies the 11th and 12th floors of the TP Tower.
