Hapcheon Return-to-Farming Association Holds 1st Unity Festival

Promoting Harmony and Unity with Local Residents

The Hapcheon County Return-to-Farming Association in Gyeongnam announced on the 22nd that it held the 1st Hapcheon County Return-to-Farming Association Unity Festival at the Cultural Arts Center auditorium.


This event was attended by more than 150 people, including Kim Yooncheol, the mayor of Hapcheon County, Jeong Bonghun, chairman of the Hapcheon County Council, Jang Jinyoung, member of the Gyeongnam Provincial Council, and members of the Hapcheon County Return-to-Farming Association.

The event was organized not only to strengthen the bonds among local return-to-farming and return-to-village residents, but also to promote harmony and unity with local residents. Participants enjoyed various activities such as Jegichagi, jump rope, Yutnori, and singing contests, which provided opportunities for both unity and showcasing individual talents.


Participants expressed a high level of satisfaction with the unity festival. One participant shared, "When I first started farming here, I felt uncertain, but through today's event, it was very encouraging to share this moment of unity with many others on the same path."


Mayor Kim said, "I believe this event will not only unite return-to-farming and return-to-village residents, but also serve as an opportunity for harmony among all county residents, bringing new vitality to make Hapcheon an even better place to live."
