Musinsa Standard opened a store on the first floor of Lotte Department Store Centum City, covering an area of 1,772㎡ (approximately 536 pyeong). This new store is Musinsa Standard's third in Busan and the 12th nationwide.
Since opening a standalone store in Seomyeon, Busan in December 2023, Musinsa Standard expanded its presence in the Busan area by opening a second store at Lotte Mall Dongbusan in May. The Centum City branch is the only location in Busan where customers can experience the Musinsa Standard Sports and Musinsa Standard Kids lines.
On that day, the store held a special exhibition of the opening and closing ceremony uniforms specially made by Musinsa Standard for the South Korean national team participating in the 33rd Paris Olympic Games, displayed within Lotte Department Store Centum City.
As of the first half of this year (January to June), approximately 600,000 visitors have visited the two stores in Seomyeon and Lotte Mall Dongbusan. Based on current trends, the combined annual cumulative visitors for the three Busan locations, including the Lotte Department Store Centum City branch, are expected to exceed 1 million in 2024.
Musinsa Standard plans to continue expanding its offline stores in the second half of this year, focusing on large shopping malls and department stores operated by major retailers.
