Samsung Electronics apologized for the quality controversy surrounding its newly released wireless earphones, the 'Galaxy Buds 3 Series.'
According to the industry on the 22nd, Samsung Electronics posted on its official website on the 19th, "We deeply apologize for the quality issues raised in some products (Galaxy Buds 3 Series) purchased during the pre-sale period." The pre-sale was held from the 12th to the 18th.
Samsung Electronics added, "If you experience any inconvenience with the purchased product, you can visit a nearby service center to receive appropriate measures such as exchange or refund."
They also stated, "We will thoroughly inspect all processes before the official domestic release on the 24th and do our best to prevent similar incidents from recurring."
Recently, posts expressing complaints about issues such as differences in earbud height, assembly gaps in the Galaxy Buds 3 Series, and LED black spots and length differences in the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have been posted mainly on online communities.
