Asan City Signs Employment Support Agreement for Self-Reliant Youth with Samsung ENG and Others

Asan City in Chungnam announced on the 19th that it has signed a "Customized Employment Support Agreement for Youth Preparing for Independence" in collaboration with local companies.

Samsung ENG Co., Ltd. and LG Best Gongjo participated in the agreement.

According to the agreement, Asan City will provide administrative support such as conducting surveys on employment demand among youth preparing for independence and post-employment monitoring. Samsung ENG Co., Ltd. promised to provide job opportunities, create stable working conditions, and support long-term employment retention. In addition, LG Best Gongjo will support the acquisition of basic skills and serve as a mentor to help with initial adaptation.

An official from Asan City stated, "Basic education and job provision will be of great help for independence," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to provide stable jobs and post-employment support for youth preparing for independence to help them achieve true self-reliance."
