The Pyeongtaek Dreamtech General Industrial Complex is an industrial complex developed through a private development method, covering a total area of 1,330,356㎡ in the Yulbuk-ri area of Cheongbuk-eup, Pyeongtaek-si. Construction began in January 2017, and the industrial facility land (908,197㎡) has been 100% leased.
It is expected to house 123 companies across 13 industries, including machinery and equipment, metal processing, and electronic components.
Gyeonggi-do expects the operation of the industrial complex to create 5,388 new jobs and increase tax revenue, thereby revitalizing the local economy.
In particular, to realize 'Gyeonggi RE100,' the basic management plan was revised to actively encourage the use of renewable energy such as solar power, laying the foundation to enhance the eco-friendly global competitiveness of tenant companies within the industrial complex.
Woo Byung-bae, Director of the Industrial Location Division of Gyeonggi-do, stated, "The establishment of the Pyeongtaek Dreamtech General Industrial Complex is expected to create synergy effects through linkage with surrounding industrial complexes such as Eoyeon-Hansan and Godeok International Planning District General Industrial Complex."
