Industry-Leading Noise Cancelling Introduced
Up to 55 Hours of Use on a Single Charge
On the 18th, Dyson unveiled its first high fidelity (hi-fi) audio dedicated Bluetooth headphones, the 'Dyson Ontrack.'
The product offers industry-leading advanced noise cancelling (ANC) and provides up to 55 hours of immersive listening experience.
To create the optimal listening environment, it is equipped with eight microphones that monitor ambient noise 384,000 times per second using an advanced noise cancelling (ANC) algorithm, and its precisely engineered internal structure effectively blocks up to 40dB of noise.
Notably, with a battery life of up to 55 hours, it allows music listening for up to two weeks even with ANC mode turned on. Two high-capacity lithium-ion batteries are attached to the headband to distribute weight more evenly. Tapping one earcup twice easily activates the ANC function.
The ear cushions and caps of the Dyson Ontrack can be customized with over 2,000 color combinations, and the ear cushions are made of soft microfiber and premium foam, offering excellent noise isolation and comfort.
Jake Dyson, Senior Engineer, stated, "Dyson's audio engineering development goal is to faithfully reproduce the sound waves that artists intend to deliver without interference from external noise," adding, "Based on over 30 years of accumulated aerodynamic acoustic technology and expertise in sound, acoustic engineers conducted extensive research in Dyson’s anechoic chamber to minimize noise and applied acoustic knowledge to develop the Dyson Ontrack."
Meanwhile, the Dyson Ontrack is scheduled to be released domestically in the second half of this year.
