IndexFinger Selected by Ministry of SMEs and Startups TIPS Program... "Advancing AI Part-Time Job Platform 'JigeumAlba'"

Application service developer Indexfinger announced on the 17th that it has been finally selected for the TIPS program, a technology startup support program by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS).

With this selection, Indexfinger will be able to receive up to a total of 700 million KRW over the next two years, including 500 million KRW in research and development (R&D) funds, and 200 million KRW for startup commercialization linkage and overseas marketing. The company plans to use the funds to enhance the service of its part-time job recruitment intermediary application platform, 'Jigeum Alba,' to expand its user base.

Jigeum Alba is an application platform that supports matching between employers and job seekers using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. By recommending suitable talent through AI analysis to ensure the quality of personnel, and by recommending employers who apply the transparent Employment Security Act, it aims to overcome the limitations of existing job brokerage platforms by improving trust in job opportunities.

Song Junseok, CEO of Indexfinger, said, "Being selected for TIPS this time is significant as it recognizes the market approach direction and the technology possessed by Jigeum Alba," adding, "The ultimate goal of Jigeum Alba is to alleviate the financial, time, and emotional burdens experienced by 6 million self-employed people in Korea."

Hwang Seungho, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Indexfinger, said, "We will focus on improving the matching system through AI technology development and proceed with technology investment," and added, "We will also strive to improve the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) so that employers can find suitable employees and job seekers can efficiently find the jobs they want."

He continued, "Based on service advancement, we plan to rapidly increase the wage transaction volume and the number of employer and job seeker users through Jigeum Alba," emphasizing, "We will steadily increase successful matching cases and user satisfaction to expand our market share in the job brokerage market."
