Gangwon-do Landmark 'Inscape Yangyang by Parnas' Phase 2 Sale

In the Jeonjin-ri area of Ganghyeon-myeon, Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do, the residential lodging facility ‘Inscape Yangyang by Parnas’ has successfully completed its first phase of sales and has now launched the second phase.

Inscape Yangyang by Parnas consists of one building with 393 units, ranging from 7 basement floors to 39 above-ground floors, designed with a total of 21 different types with exclusive areas from 37 to 151㎡, broadening the choices for consumers. Notably, at a height of 174.6m and 39 floors, it is expected to become the tallest landmark in Gangwon-do.

Construction is handled by Daewoo E&C, and the entrusted operation is managed by Parnas Hotel, a hotel specialist company with over 30 years of hotel management know-how and service experience, presenting it as a premium hotel.

Parnas Hotel operates the Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the luxury resort-style Parnas Hotel Jeju representing Jeju, and the premium business hotel Nine Tree Hotel located in key areas of Seoul and the metropolitan area such as Myeongdong, Insadong, Dongdaemun, Pangyo, and Yongsan. Daewoo E&C has experience constructing numerous major hotels domestically and internationally, including Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel, Seoul Dragon City, Novotel Ambassador Dongdaemun, and Hanoi Daewoo Hotel.

Industry insiders say that when a large construction company builds residential lodging facilities, advantages such as high stability and reliability like apartments, excellent product quality, and thorough aftercare stand out, increasing preference.

Similarly, they advise carefully examining the brand of the entrusted operator. The know-how and reliability of the entrusted operator are crucial factors for investment success. If the operational system is not well established, room occupancy rates drop, and the contract holders bear the losses, so it is essential to check who the entrusted operator is.

The entrusted operator manages rooms and facilities on behalf of the buyers, and depending on the scale, room operation know-how, and profit system, profitability can vary even with the same sales. In particular, entrusted operators with systematic systems contribute to stable profit generation by increasing room occupancy rates through professional management.

If the brand premium of a large construction company is combined with the capabilities of a proper entrusted operator, it is expected to secure high competitiveness in the market.

Inscape Yangyang by Parnas plans to maximize contract holders’ profits by providing 30 days of free accommodation annually, sharing hotel operation profits, and offering lodging and investment returns simultaneously.

The differentiated design and exterior compared to nearby lodging facilities also stand out. First, Inscape Yangyang by Parnas features a rooftop lounge on the 39th floor, offering panoramic ocean and mountain views. The rooftop lounge also includes a protruding glass floor called the ‘Glass Edge,’ allowing guests to enjoy a thrilling view beneath their feet.

Additionally, its location right in front of Naksan Beach offers the advantage of being able to go straight to the beach wearing swimwear or beachwear, making it expected to become a hip place on the East Coast.

Unlike typical hotels with lobbies on the lower floors, a sky lobby is placed on the 38th floor so that customers can enjoy the view while checking in and out.

An outdoor infinity pool is located on the 16th floor, providing a spacious area for relaxation, along with various amenities such as an indoor pool, poolside bar, private cabanas, and private fitness facilities.

Moreover, the exterior is designed in a circular shape instead of a uniform square, and the room windows are fan-shaped, securing significantly wider views compared to rooms of the same size, which has also attracted attention.

Most rooms have at least one bedroom to ensure independence, and two-room or larger types feature private bathrooms for each bedroom, applying specialized designs to secure privacy. Some types place the bathroom at the front, allowing panoramic views directly from the bathtub.

Meanwhile, the Inscape Yangyang by Parnas sales gallery is located in front of Exit 1 of Cheongdam Station on Seoul Subway Line 7 and can be visited by prior appointment.
