"The Essence of Desserts Focused on the Basics"
Samlip is releasing four types of 'The Essential' desserts. The Essential is a brand that encapsulates the meaning of desserts focused on the basics, and the company explains that it is a refrigerated dessert that consolidates Samlip's bakery know-how. The four newly launched The Essential products include ▲'Mascarpone Souffl? Roll,' a roll cake with a souffl? texture made with New Zealand mascarpone cheese and cream ▲'Vanilla Bean Fresh Cream Choux,' filled with fresh cream containing vanilla beans ▲'Mini Basque Cheesecake,' baked at over 200 degrees Celsius with Australian cream cheese on top ▲and 'Honey Cream Castella,' a castella sheet containing domestic honey and filled with milk cream. The new products can be found in refrigerated sections of convenience stores nationwide.
High-Protein Beverage Enjoyed with Banana Flavor
Ildong Foodis is launching a new lineup of 'Hi-Mune Protein Balance Active' (hereafter Hi-Mune Active) called 'Hi-Mune Active Banana.' Each pack of Hi-Mune Active Banana contains 20g of protein. It uses MPC (Milk Protein Concentrate), which combines the advantages of casein and whey proteins, and easily digestible 'goat milk protein.' Additionally, it contains active ingredients such as 4,500mg of essential amino acids BCAA (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and L-carnitine, and is formulated with 16 types of vitamins and minerals, including the vitamin B complex, to provide balanced nutrition. It is also designed to be low-fat and low-sugar, making it easy to consume without burden.
Hotel Apple Tart Commemorating the 110th Anniversary
Chosun Hotel & Resort is introducing the 'Chosun Hotel Apple Tart' through SSG.com. Released to commemorate the 110th anniversary of Chosun Hotel, the 'Chosun Hotel Apple Tart' was developed based on the apple pie served as a dessert in the course menu of Palm Court, Korea's first French restaurant opened in 1924, which was the predecessor of the French restaurant 'Nine's Gate' at The Westin Chosun Seoul. Incorporating Chosun Deli's expertise, it uses carefully selected domestic apple dices to enhance taste and quality, and adds premium New Zealand pure butter and almond cream for richer flavor.
