Hyundai Green Food is launching a comprehensive healthcare service that provides everything from nutritional status diagnosis to personalized diet and eating habit improvement guides.
Hyundai Green Food, a comprehensive food company affiliated with Hyundai Department Store Group, announced on the 17th that it has opened the second branch of the 'Greeting Store' on the basement first floor food hall of Hyundai Department Store Jungdong Branch and is introducing a personalized healthcare service tentatively named 'Greeting Butler'.
This service is a new concept healthcare service that consolidates Hyundai Green Food's care food research, production, and distribution capabilities, allowing customers to receive nutritional counseling and purchase customized diets all in one place. It targets the recent trend of 'self-medication,' where individuals take charge of their own health.
The Greeting Butler service diagnoses comprehensive nutritional status?including body composition, advanced glycation end-products, micronutrients, and skin condition?using four specialized measuring devices along with a survey on personal eating habits. Based on the examination results, customers receive one-on-one consultations with professional nutritionists to develop customized diet solutions.
Notably, through Hyundai Green Food’s self-developed AI nutrition counseling solution 'GreetingX,' the service recommends not only products available in the Greeting Store but also over 5,000 fresh and processed food items within Hyundai Food Hall tailored to the individual's nutritional status. Customized diets are offered according to customer needs, ranging from a single meal to long-term plans exceeding one month.
Additionally, for customers who prefer quick and convenient consumption on the spot, the service suggests ready-to-eat meals such as salads containing customized ingredients or freshly squeezed juices. It also provides guidance on health functional foods to supplement nutrients that are difficult to fulfill through food alone.
Hyundai Green Food plans to gradually expand the Greeting Butler service to major stores nationwide, including the Pangyo branch, starting with the Jungdong branch Greeting Store. Furthermore, it intends to develop non-face-to-face nutritional counseling services using phone and online platforms, enabling customers to conveniently receive personalized diets at home.
