Daewoo E&C Selected as Preferred Negotiation Partner for Gaepo Jugong 5 Complex Reconstruction

Daewoo E&C announced on the 16th that it has been selected as the preferred negotiation partner for the reconstruction and maintenance project of Gaepo Jugong 5 Complex Apartment.

The construction scale includes 1,279 residential units and auxiliary welfare facilities in the area of 187 Gaepo-dong, consisting of 4 basement floors and 35 above-ground floors.

The estimated construction cost is approximately 697 billion KRW, which corresponds to 5.98% of the consolidated sales as of the end of last year.
