The local government will provide administrative and financial support for the establishment of the 'Korea Semiconductor Meister High School', while partner universities will cooperate in developing educational programs for nurturing high school graduates specialized in semiconductors, provide opportunities for employment-first and further study later, and support the operation of off-campus curricula.

The industry sector will cooperate in developing educational programs tailored to industry needs, establishing practical training environments, providing field experience and internship opportunities, and supporting teacher competency enhancement.

Ha Yoonsoo, Superintendent of the Busan Office of Education, stated, "The establishment of the Korea Semiconductor Meister High School will greatly contribute to building a workforce development system in the power semiconductor field, which is Busan's future strategic industry, and to strengthening the competitiveness of vocational high schools. The Office of Education will take the lead in regional and national development by fostering the talent needed both locally and nationally."
