[Sale Calendar] 3rd Week of July, 1915 Units Including Jangwi New Town 'Prugio Radius Park' for Sale

'Raemian One Pentas' Model House Opens

A total of 1,915 households nationwide will begin pre-sale in the third week of July.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 14th, between the 15th and 21st, four complexes nationwide, totaling 1,915 households (878 general sale units), will be offered for pre-sale.

In Seoul, 'Prugio Radius Park' in Jangwi-dong, Seongbuk-gu will hold its first priority subscription on the 16th. It is supplied through the redevelopment of Jangwi 6 District at 25-55 Jangwi-dong, and it is the first new complex to be pre-sold in Jangwi New Town in about two years since ‘Jangwi Xi Radiant (Jangwi 4 District)’ was pre-sold in November 2022. Daewoo Engineering & Construction is in charge of construction.

Among a total of 1,637 households in Complex 1 (3 basement floors to a maximum of 33 floors above ground, 11 buildings, 1,068 households) and Complex 2 (3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, 4 buildings, 569 households), 718 households with exclusive areas of 59 and 84㎡ will be offered for general sale. It is a double station area near Seokgye Station on Subway Lines 1 and 6 and Dolgoti Station on Line 6, and it offers convenient access to downtown Seoul and outskirts via the Dongbu Expressway. There are favorable factors such as the opening of Gwangwoon University Station on the GTX C and E lines and the development of the Gwangwoon University Station area. Once the Jangwi New Town redevelopment project is completed, the area is expected to transform into a new residential area with about 19,000 households.

In Gyeonggi Province, ‘Myeongnam The Bless’ in Uijeongbu-dong, Uijeongbu-si, and ‘Kingdom City’ in Bibong-myeon, Hwaseong-si will accept first priority subscriptions on the 16th.

Complexes preparing for pre-sale such as ‘Raemian One Pentas’ in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Unjeong’ in Mokdong-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi, and ‘Hillstate Doan River Park Complexes 1 and 2’ in Hakha-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon will open their model houses on the 19th.
