The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (KBIZ) announced on the 14th that it held the 'KBIZ Next-Generation CEO School Advanced Course 20th Graduation Ceremony.'
The graduation ceremony held on the 12th was attended by about 30 people, including Lee Myung-ro, Head of the Human Resources Policy Division at KBIZ, and the graduates of the 20th Advanced Course of the Next-Generation CEO School. The event included presentations on the graduates' company vision establishment and a review of strategies for their leap forward as next-generation entrepreneurs.
This 20th course began with an entrance ceremony on April 26 and was conducted over 12 weeks every Friday, including regular courses and domestic and international workshops.
The curriculum focused on strengthening and nurturing next-generation CEO capabilities to prepare for the rapidly changing business environment, covering topics such as ▲Understanding Business Succession ▲Leadership of Next-Generation CEOs ▲Tax and Legal Understanding of Business Succession ▲SME Human Resource Strategies ▲Economic Trends ▲Visits to Outstanding Succession Companies ▲Establishing a 10-Year Management Vision ▲DT Strategy ▲ESG Management.
'KBIZ Next-Generation CEO School' is a specialized education program for next-generation CEOs of small and medium enterprises, launched in 2008 to support smooth business succession and growth into outstanding entrepreneurs.
It is conducted annually by KBIZ for the second-generation management preparing for SME succession and consists of an introductory course (3 days), an advanced course (12 weeks), and a growth course (once quarterly).
