BNK Busan Bank (headed by Bang Seongbin) announced on the 12th that it has been selected as an 'Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company for 2024' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The 'Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company' program by the Ministry of Employment and Labor is a project that selects and supports companies that exemplarily practice win-win labor-management cooperation and social responsibility through labor-management partnerships.

This year, a total of 145 companies applied, and after the first round of document screening and the second round of case presentation evaluations, 35 companies including BNK Busan Bank were selected.

BNK Busan Bank has been actively practicing win-win management through labor-management cooperation, such as ▲ local volunteer group activities and priority hiring of local talent ▲ donating the proceeds from joint labor-management 'Hope Day' to the local community ▲ regularizing the transition of non-regular workers to regular positions, thereby contributing to the local community and fulfilling social responsibility.

Bang Seongbin, the bank president, stated, "Being selected as an Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company is the result of our mutually respectful and cooperative labor-management relations, which we are proud of," and added, "We will strive to ensure that the bank and the local community can grow together by utilizing the synergy of win-win and harmony between labor and management."
