Pasoo collaborates with MegazoneCloud on AI data management and security solution development

Fasoo, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) and data security, has decided to collaborate with cloud leader Megazone Cloud to develop AI data management and security solutions.

On the 9th, key representatives from both companies, including Megazone Cloud CEO Joo-wan Lee and Fasoo CEO Kyu-gon Cho, signed a "Strategic Business Agreement (MOU) for Integrated Security Solution Partnership" at Megazone Cloud's headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul.

The agreement was made to combine the strengths of Megazone Cloud, which holds strong leadership in the cloud management service (MSP) market, and Fasoo, a global leader in data management and security, to provide customers with cloud-based digital innovation.

Based on the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on ▲ AI data management and security solution development ▲ solution and consulting offerings. They will also jointly explore sales opportunities to expand new customers and overseas markets.

Megazone Cloud and its affiliates, with over 2,800 cloud experts, have become the first unicorn company in the domestic cloud MSP industry. They achieved sales of KRW 1,510.6 billion in 2023. In addition to Korea, they operate local subsidiaries in eight overseas countries including the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, and China.

The two companies plan to start by providing Fasoo's data management and security solutions on Megazone Cloud's platform and expand cooperation in various areas such as technology development including AI, consulting, and sales. Additionally, Sparrow, Fasoo's application security specialist company, will also participate in this collaboration.

Megazone Cloud CEO Joo-wan Lee said, "By combining Megazone Cloud's cloud and AI technology capabilities with Fasoo's data security expertise, we will provide more innovative and secure security solutions," adding, "We expect to contribute to protecting customers' digital assets and maintaining a secure cloud environment."

Fasoo CEO Kyu-gon Cho explained, "Both companies possess outstanding capabilities in the cloud and data security fields, and through this MOU, we will be able to support more customers' cloud migration." He added, "Since both Megazone Cloud and Fasoo are actively pursuing global markets, we expect to create synergy through cooperation not only domestically but also in the global market."
