Hanyang, Gimpo Bukbyeon 4 District 'Hangang Sujain Obseunteu' August Sale

Large Complex of 3,058 Households, 2,116 Units for General Sale
46 Community Facilities Including Climbing and Cooking Studios

Hanyang announced on the 9th that it will launch sales of 'Hangang Sujain Obcent,' supplied through the redevelopment of Bukbyeon 4 District in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi Province, in August.


Hangang Sujain Obcent will be developed as a large complex consisting of 29 buildings with 3,058 households, ranging from 50 to 103㎡ in exclusive area, from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, located at 184 Bukbyeon-dong, Gimpo-si.


The general sale units total 2,116 households, broken down by exclusive area as follows: ▲50㎡ 65 units ▲59㎡ 1,150 units ▲76㎡ 435 units ▲84㎡ 316 units ▲90㎡ 24 units ▲103㎡ 126 units.


This complex enhances its symbolism by applying exterior specialized designs such as a sky lounge created in a luxury complex, curtain wall look, and a rooftop landmark sculpture. In addition, it plans to showcase premium landscaping designed and constructed by Samsung C&T Resort Division’s Green Space Solution Team.


A total of 46 community facilities are planned, including general and specialized programs. Facilities will include an indoor gymnasium, climbing wall, private cinema, cooking studio, party room, kids cafe, as well as a large-scale fitness center, golf practice range with screen golf and putting green, a small library, reading room, and family cafe.

It also offers an excellent residential environment. The complex is located in a prime station area right in front of Geolpo Bukbyeon Station on the Gimpo Gold Line, making travel to Seoul convenient. Furthermore, the addition of the Incheon Line 2 extension to Goyang at Geolpo Bukbyeon Station is expected to create a double station area. Nearby, the Seoul Subway Line 5 extension Gamjeong Station (tentative name) and the metropolitan express railway (GTX) D line (planned) are also scheduled. The complex is adjacent to Kintex Station on the GTX A line, scheduled to open in the second half of this year, further enhancing transportation convenience through the metropolitan transportation network.


The complex will be developed as a forest-adjacent apartment complex embracing Bukbyeon Park, a large park of approximately 35,000㎡ (about 10,000 pyeong). Roads connecting the complex to Bukbyeon Park will be constructed to maximize the advantages of the forest-adjacent complex.


Educational environment and convenient infrastructure are also strengths. Gimpo Elementary School is nearby, and within a 1 km radius, various cultural, lifestyle, and convenience infrastructures such as Homeplus, CGV, and Gimpo Woori Hospital are established. Additionally, Ilsan Kintex, which houses department stores and large hospitals, is close by.


Hanyang explained that the Bukbyeon and Geolpo areas, where the complex is being developed, have high future value. This area is expected to be reborn as a mini new town-scale residential area with about 14,000 households through the Bukbyeon redevelopment including Geolpo District and Bukbyeon 4 District, as well as the Bukbyeon 2 District urban development project.


A Hanyang official said, “Hangang Sujain Obcent is a complex that encompasses Hanyang’s know-how and technological capabilities, having supplied about 210,000 households nationwide, and it will be developed as a premium complex that residents can take pride in.” He added, “Given its overwhelming scale, prime location with ultra-station area, excellent product quality, and high future value, it is expected to show high competition rates in subscription.”
