Jeongeup City in Jeonbuk and the Jeongeup Regional Revitalization Center announced on the 9th that they will hold the Jeonbuk Youth Startup Fair ‘Jeongjeonghwahwa’ around the Dalhanopigom Conference Center on the 13th.
This event, which means ‘Harmony through the bright future and coexistence of Jeongeup,’ aims to form networks among young entrepreneurs and revitalize the local economy, with more than 20 young entrepreneurs and local companies participating.
Anyone interested in startups, including young people and general citizens, can participate.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., featuring various programs such as promotional booths for young entrepreneurs, startup consultation booths, job counseling and recruitment through the selection of employable companies, and a startup talk show with successful entrepreneurs.
In addition, ‘Moving Water,’ a special guest with 280,000 YouTube subscribers, will participate in the startup talk show and share various stories with the participants.
Moreover, various busking performances by local cultural artists and communication programs for youth enterprise networks are prepared, expected to provide participants with both useful information and enjoyment.
A city official said, “We hope this event will be a great opportunity for young people to discover new possibilities in Jeongeup and to foster their passion for startups.”
