Selected as the sole contractor for Jamsil Woosung 4th phase

DL E&C has secured the construction rights for the Jamsil Woosung 4th Reconstruction Project, valued at 381.7 billion KRW.
DL E&C announced on the 8th that it was finally selected as the construction company at the general meeting for the selection of the construction company for the Jamsil Woosung 4th Reconstruction Maintenance Project held on the 6th.
Jamsil Woosung 4th will be transformed through reconstruction into a complex with 9 buildings, ranging from 4 basement floors to 32 above-ground floors, totaling 825 households. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and be completed by March 2030.
Jamsil Woosung 4th offers views of Tancheon Stream and boasts excellent transportation infrastructure including Samjeon Station on Subway Line 9 and Olympic-daero, as well as abundant living and educational infrastructure such as department stores and large marts. It is considered a beneficiary area of various development projects including Jamsil MICE and Yeongdong-daero complex development.
A DL E&C official stated, "Based on differentiated design and products, we will complete Jamsil Woosung 4th as another residential masterpiece worthy of the high-end brand ‘ACRO’," adding, "We plan to continue selective bidding in the second half of the year and actively pursue orders in major maintenance project sites in Seoul."
