Brigade Commander A is reportedly in charge of HUMINT (Human Intelligence) operations that collect personal intelligence on North Korea. Commander B had pointed out that Brigade Commander A’s activities might have legal issues, to which Brigade Commander A reportedly responded with remarks such as “A non-expert (Commander B) interfering because he is the commander” and used abusive language.
Brigade Commander A is known to be a senior alumnus of the Korea Military Academy compared to Commander B. A Ministry of National Defense official stated, “The military investigative agency is conducting an investigation and will handle the matter according to laws and regulations.”
