This is the highest in three years since May 2021 (5,045 units) and also the largest transaction volume in three years and three months since February 2021 (5,435 units).
The price recovery is also significant. Two units of the 84㎡ exclusive area at Resentz in Songpa-gu were sold for 2.6 billion KRW on the 7th of last month. This price has recovered to 98% of the all-time high of 2.65 billion KRW recorded in April 2022.
