Genesis announced on the 4th that it has launched the 'Tire Safe Replacement Service,' allowing convenient tire replacement for all vehicle models at over 200 tire installation centers nationwide.
This service particularly enhances customer trust by using only OE (Original Equipment) all-season tires that are of excellent quality and within a maximum of 2 years from the manufacturing date.
Service users receive benefits such as ▲free pickup and delivery of the replacement vehicle within a maximum distance of 30km from the designated partner installation center for the first replacement ▲a '1-year Damage Free Warranty Program' that compensates for tire damage. Additionally, services such as wheel balance inspection and 3D wheel alignment inspection are provided as standard.
The Tire Safe Replacement Service is available from today on the Genesis Boutique website. To commemorate the launch, Genesis will provide a Genesis floating wheel cap to the first 300 customers who purchase four tires.
