On the 4th, Anapass, a semiconductor fabless company listed on KOSDAQ, announced that it has passed the compatibility test for AMD's latest GPU technology, FreeSync Premium Pro, and has been registered as an official supplier on AMD's Approved Vendor List (AVL).
AMD's FreeSync technology is known for significantly enhancing the quality of AI PCs and gaming displays. Through this achievement, Anapass has demonstrated outstanding technological capabilities in the rapidly growing AI PC market and the OLED TCON sector for gaming laptops.
Prior to AMD, Anapass had already received compatibility certifications from major GPU manufacturers such as Intel, Qualcomm, and Nvidia.
Simply put, this means that Anapass's TCON products are perfectly compatible with the proprietary technologies of leading GPU manufacturers dominating the market, including FreeSync, eDP 1.5, G-Sync, and Optimus features.
Anapass has developed TCON products supporting various resolutions such as FHD, WQX, WQU, 6K, and 8K, and moving forward, Anapass's TCON products are expected to be equipped in various AI PCs and gaming laptops alongside chipset products from major GPU manufacturers.

With this AMD certification announcement, Anapass has completed certifications and maintains close cooperative relationships with most major GPU manufacturers including AMD, Nvidia, Intel, and Qualcomm, who dominate the global AI PC and laptop markets, thereby solidifying its position in the display market.
