On this day, they visited the site of the Gunbuk General Industrial Complex development project and the Seokgyocheon Ecological Stream Restoration Project to inspect the safety management status of construction sites in preparation for summer typhoons and heavy rainfall.
The main inspection items included: ▲Preparation of safety management plans and maintenance of management systems ▲Checking for ground conditions, deformation of retaining walls, steep slopes, and soil erosion ▲Establishment of on-site flood prevention plans ▲Preparation of site drainage plans and securing safety for temporary construction roads and bridges in preparation for the rainy season.

Depending on the inspection results, if immediate corrections are possible on-site, the construction personnel and the responsible department will be notified for prompt action. If repairs or reinforcements are needed, plans will be made to ensure proper measures are taken.
Governor Cho Geunje urged, "Please make thorough preparations in advance, considering the current weather conditions where sudden heavy rains occur frequently."
