The main agreement stipulates that retired public workers at the corporation who have two children can be re-employed as contract workers for one year, and those with three or more children for up to two years. This policy will be implemented starting next year for those retiring this year.

The Labor-Management Cooperation Team of Daegu Facilities Corporation stated that this agreement reflects joint efforts by labor and management in line with Daegu City's policy direction to expand employment for the elderly and give preferential treatment to multi-child families.

Moon Kibong, Chairman of Daegu Public Facilities Management Corporation, said, "We share a sense of crisis over the ultra-low birth rate in society," and added, "We will continue to actively participate in Daegu City's birth policies and respond to the low birth rate by developing our own initiatives within the corporation."
