The event was attended by Hwang Woo-kyung, Secretary General of the KRX National Happiness Foundation, Son Jeong-bae, CEO of The Light Hands, as well as teachers and students from Ouda Elementary School in Cambodia.

The 'KRX Mobile Library' educational project is an initiative that supports reading guidance and various educational programs using a mobile library to improve the educational environment in impoverished areas of Cambodia. The 'KRX Mobile Library' is equipped with a variety of teaching materials, including 1,000 books, art supplies, laptops and other ICT educational equipment, and play items.

Through this support, approximately 3,000 students from 16 elementary, middle, and high schools in rural villages of the Battambang area in Cambodia will be able to use the mobile library.

A KRX official stated, "The mobile library will be placed at each school for one month, allowing students to freely enjoy reading and play activities during lunch breaks and after school." He added, "During the placement period of the mobile library, separate educational programs will be prepared to enhance educational effects by conducting reading guidance, basic literacy education, financial education, character education, and digital audiovisual education."

Jung Eun-bo, Chairman of the Korea Exchange, said, "I hope that students in rural schools will be able to encounter a new world and nurture their dreams through the mobile library." He also stated, "We plan to continue supporting students in impoverished overseas areas so that they can have access to various educational opportunities in better environments."
